We meet 4-6 weeks out to make sure everything is covered and from there, I'll pull together a detailed run sheet for you and your confirmed suppliers. 

I'll be there from the get-go on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Unlimited email and phone correspondence from handover meeting (4 weeks out)
Finalising and re-confirming details with your suppliers
Coordination of your MC, all suppliers and speeches on the day
Creation of an extensive run sheet
